You can request read receipts for private messages by clicking on "Request read receipt" in the "Advanced Settings" menu when composing a private message. You'll only receive one if the recipient agrees to send you one though.

I Received an "Unable to Continue" Error; What do I do Now?

Whenever you receive an "Unable to Continue" error message, we get a notification about it and will try to do our best to resolve it as soon as possible. The best thing to do when you encounter one of these errors is to come back in a couple of hours to check if the problem has already been resolved.
